I am pleased to introduce the "El Pollet" line
of Ibizan Hounds to the United States with "Blaia". Her
presence supports my goal of incorporating hunting lines
into my breeding program. Both sides of Blaia's pedigree
represent established hunting lines active today. These
lines are true to their origins: hunting the prey they
were bred to hunt in native habitat. The Spanish Champions
in her pedigree show function need not be sacrificed
to form to succeed in the show ring. See Ferran's

Blaia takes back to back major
wins in the 12- 18 month class in Fall 2005 (photos above
and below, handled by Marilyn Sanders). Blaia is an "easy
keeper" with a sound temperament equally suited to the
show ring or life in the house.
